Refund policy

Dear Customer, here is our Return or Exchange policy
Our policy does not provide a Refund of Return. This is because the drums and in general the instruments we make are not mass-produced and already in stock, but made, most of the time, directly on commission once the order has been received.
In the event that, for some reason, the instruments do not comply with the order you placed (e.g. different drum from the one ordered) or when you encounter problems, do not hesitate to call us and we'll arrange it.

In the event, however, that one or more products are damaged by the shipping process, we committ to replace only the damaged instruments, after you have shipped them back to us. In this case, the communication of the damage to the instruments received must be communicated to us no later than 48 hours from the day of delivery, and this must be done via WhatsApp attaching photos of all the damages. The calculation of the 48 hours will be based on the date of delivery indicated on the portal of the courier who delivered the package.
The costs for sending the instruments to us must be understood as the responsibility of the customer. The costs of shipping the new instrument to you is our charge.
